For over thirty years, our staff of sales engineers, customer service professionals, fabricators, machinists, and molders bring product from design to your door.

Service

We service and sell plastics every day.  It's who we are and what we do. Stocking programs and blanket orders of raw goods or finished parts is our business. Our fulfillment services meet your just in time needs, keeping your manufacturing process lean and efficient. 

Distribution

Gemini Plastics, Inc. stocks a variety of shapes and materials to meet your needs. Distribution makes up 70 to 80% of our business.  Our 20,000 square foot facility houses a large selection of rods, tubes, belts, tapes, Mylar, and sheets available to ship directly to you within a day. Specific orders can be cut and shipped the next day.

Custom Components

A wide range of fabricating services are available at Gemini Plastics, Inc. They include CNC Router capabilities, CNC milling, drilling, bending, and bonding. The Custom Components division machines and fabricates the plastic product warehoused and sold through the distribution building.  A temperature controlled work environment provides superior response from computer controlled equipment and better part tolerance at time of machining, on some materials as close as .0005".  One-half million dollars in fabrication and machining equipment is housed within 10,000 square feet of floor space.   

Cost Effective Injection Molding

Injection molding has been traditionally thought to have outrageous tooling costs and large minimum quantities. With Rapid Tool Insert, this is no longer the case.

Forming

Vacuum forming and thermoforming are available whether you need one-of-a-kind prototypes or a full production run. We will also work from your blueprints or electronic files to develop the custom shape you desire.
